QUICKBOOKS SET-UP
Every company is different with their own way of processing things. With a one time fee, we help you to set up QuickBooks online, guide you through configuration, setting up a chart of accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and ongoing data entry.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
We can enter all the bills you receive from vendors into QuickBooks. On an agreed-upon basis, we will send you a report of all vendor bills that have to be paid. You mark the ones to pay, and we use online bill-pay to pay the bills. Or, you can pay the bills yourself.

BANK RECONCILIATION
Do you hate keeping bank and credit card records? We can enter all transactions from your statements. We can also reconcile bank, credit-card and merchant-service accounts for you. This will ensure that your QuickBooks balances match your actual bank balances and we can send you a monthly or quarterly report. 
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
We will send you a weekly report of all outstanding customer invoices so that you can follow up directly with your customers. When you receive a payment, we can ensure the appropriate customer invoice is credited for the payment.
